We stayed in this room for 2 nights. The first night we noticed small flecks on the bed sheets. We figured that they might have missed changing them or perhaps there was fuzz in the dryer. Given we had no way of knowing, we asked for new sheets. The 2nd night, when I was feeding my 1 month old, I noticed a bug running across the sheet. I managed to squish it and realized that blood squirted out of it. Using my phone, I found a picture of bedbug and it seemed to match in size and shape. Given the blood, it must have been snacking on one of us. I awoke my husband, who snapped a picture and showed it to the staff on duty. They gave us trash bags at our request to bag our stuff, said they could not move us to another room because they were full and that we would have to wait until 8am to speak with a manager. We just received a call this evening saying that their pest people didn't find evidence of an infestation. Perhaps this means there were not many bugs; I'm not sure. I do know that I killed one and that it was on my bed. I have had generalized allergy symptoms but no obvious welts. Two of my girls appear to have bites. We are washing and heat treating everything as I type.
