8-4-19. Daughter had 4 bites/welts on her shoulder in the morning. Later that day we found numerous bugs on both beds. On sheets, around base of bed, crawling on blanket. Called front desk, they sent a worker up there that had never dealt with anything like that. Said he would talk to manager. He called back and said they could comp the room and get us another one. I asked what we were supposed to do with all our luggage and personal items and he said “I don’t know”. I said we had no desire to get another room there that we wanted to leave and again I asked what they do for is for our items and he said the only thing we will do is comp your room. My daughter went to desk and asked for a new room to shower in before we headed home and the same guy said “we can’t do that”. We drove home and didnt get home until 2:30 am. We cut our vacation short and now I have everything we had with us in black garbage bags in garage. This is a huge inconvenience, motel did not care. Huge disappointment and now a big cost for me to clean everything.
