Early evening, eggs in mattress and chair at desk. In corner of wooden open cabinet where micro and coffee pot were - eggs bugs and bug poop. In bathroom corner of counter top, old water damaged area, bugs and poop. They reluctantly had us move our things- no help at all- to another room and it also had bed bugs but worse than first room. Sent us back to first room, said it was only one available. I had surgery scheduled at HOAG hospital the next day and had to do special shower preps. We live out of the area. We had to stay somewhere. I had a very early appointment the next day so we stripped the bed and slept right in the middle of the mattress. Still came home with bites and had to sterilize and de-bug everything, even our car. Person on desk didn’t refund our money, he cancelled the rest of our stay and I cancelled my other appointments. Horrible experience when I really needed to relax and prepare for next day.
