Checked in and noticed a bug stuck to shower curtain didn't think much of it . Reported to staff I was advised they would turn in to management . After work went back into room as I prepared for bed pulled cover back and the bed bug larger size was crawling from under cover . I immediately panicked contacted staff and waited for maintience . Once maintience arrived he verified that ur was indeed a bed bug and advised that I leave my things so that he could place into a heating bag . I was livid . However I later found out that this particular hotel was familiar with the process . I was give another room . The following morning the morning the manager contacted me was very professional and accommodating .
