June 26, 2026 at 12am when bed bugs were first found all in the mattress seams. Management immediately moved us to an upgraded room on the top floor and there were also bed bugs found on those beds along with multiple other bugs and many many many eggs. The mattresses did not have full encasement, were old and had urine stains on each one along with the rooms being extremely dirty, not mopped or vacuumed. Management then told us we had to wait until 10am to speak with a different person and would not allow us to check out so we waited in our car from 2am to 10am in which management then kept avoiding us not allowing us to checkout. Once fighting to speak with them, they immediately told us they refunded the entire stay and that we will be contacted to be compensated for all of our belongings and future issues regarding bed bugs and overall this seemed like a known problem that they were tired of dealing with and like we should have known about them before booking. We have many photos and videos and evidence of proof of them and are still awaiting compensation.
