12/29/2025 Had been here for 4 days, since 12/25/2025. Place appeared to be clean. My two daughters and I. Bug crawled out of vent in the bathroom. Took photos and it was definitely a bed bug. Desk notified and they changed our room. Very traumatic for all involved. We had to wash and dry ALL of our clothing, intense showers, inspecting our luggage and ALL items - which were left outside as a precaution upon arrival home. We are still worried we may have brought some home with us. I would NOT recommend staying here.

1/18/2026 my family and I checked in for a hockey tournament in the Hershey area and upon my son falling asleep I went to tell him goodnight and noticed bugs crawling on him, all over the bed and headboards. Checked the second bed and same thing bed bugs all over sheets. Immediately woke my son and had him shower, quarantine all luggage and belongings to go to the front desk only to be told bed bugs are an issue at every hotel and nothing can be done about them. I requested a refund and checked out immediately at 12:30 am 1/18/2026. Call Hilton corporate to inform them of the issue at hand, after getting a new hotel and immediately washing all our belongings I did some research and see this isn’t the first time a guest in this room to report bed bugs. I have pictures and videos of the infestation. I will be calling the health department to report this hotel.
