Woke up to find a blood filled bug crawling away from me on my pillow. Took pictures and called the front desk and was at the desk in 15mins, my husband was in a seminar being held at this hotel and how mortifying it was to do laundry all morning right next to their seminar room when I\'m practically indecent .

November 15, 2020 room 223 and room 221. Bed bug found in my bag. Went to dermatologist my back is biten all up. Sores all over my back! Hotel said they'd switch us to the 3rd floor. Still the sores on my back have not calmed down. We are in the process of buying a home and have been here a month. This is horrible and they need to get rid of the carpets, mattresses, they never wash the pillows. The pillow cases are clean but the bed skirt never changed and nor the pillows and mattresses need to be replaced and the furniture. Terrible! This location needs a major remodel !
