Before going to bed I checked the beds for bed bugs. On one bed I found an adult bedbug perfectly matching a picture of one online. I put it in a cup with some water and took it with the identifying picture to the staff. They changed rooms for me and stated I will receive 50% off in the morning. When i went back yo collect oir things we spotted a second ypunger bedbug crawling around on the bed. So far, no bed bugs in this second room. The room is a down grade, but all they had apparently.

Woke up in the morning to discover that there was blood stains in the white sheets. Upon finding the stains, I turned the lights on and undo the bed to find a large bed bug crawling on the mattress. I killed it with the sheet and the bed bug "popped" as it was full of my blood. I was bit on my lower back. Management gave me the run-around and still hasn't solved anything. Reported on 10/26/19 at 8:00 am

7:30am on Thursday 4/1/2021 woke up and noticed something crawling near my arm on the comforter. Realizing it was a bed bug I turned on the light and took pictures of it and the killed it an there was blood. I immediately called the front desk to notify them and they asked if I was checking out I said yes. I did not want to stay in another room there. Front desk them told me they would notify pest control. When checking out at the front desk I was told that I would not be reimbursed until after pest control completed their report. I thought this was ridiculous and extremely unfair as this was not my fault and now I am being inconvenienced that I had to change plans, I was going to stay 2 nights. I then spoke with the manager who was not willing to refund me the 2nd night. I became upset and finally the manager agreed to refund the second night. Although he should have refunded me the first night.
