I made a reservation for myself and my family at this hotel through Booking.com for July 19, 2025. After checking in, I immediately went to inspect the room for bedbugs. I found a bug and some small brown spots under one of the mattresses. The bug was alive and looked like a flea, but did not jump when I touched it. I immediately reported this to the front desk staff and requested a cancellation of my reservation. They asked me to contact booking.com and get the refund process started, which I did before leaving the premises. The hotel staff assured me that the refund would be approved when they received the booking.com refund request. Over the next 2 weeks, I called the hotel several times to inquire about the refund and was always assured that the refund would be approved. In one case, the manager told me directly that he had approved the refund. After 2 weeks, I called Booking.com again and they told me that the refund had not been approved yet. They called the hotel and spoke directly with the hotel manager while I waited on the other line. The hotel manager (who had previously told me that my refund was no problem) refused to approve the refund. Not only does this hotel have a bedbug problem, the manager is dishonest and untrustworthy. Avoid this place.
