Date of Stay was June 5th, 2021 My family stayed in room 206 and I woke up with strange itchy welts on my body. I thought they were just mosquito bites. A few days later when unpacking the luggage I found a live bug. I Immediately search up its ID and was shocked to learn it was a bedbug. I called the hotel to report the issue and request a refund and was told there was nothing they could do. I called corporate and they compensated me. Please do not stay at this hotel.

Reservation made through Super.com for 3/14/24 thru 3/19/24. Rejected original room. Relocated to room 208. I immediately noticed what I now know is a cock roach shedding in the sink but I just thought it was either a dead bug or my eyes playing tricks on me. On 3/17/24 in the afternoon, insane a bug on my pillow. Again, just assuming it's getting warmer didn't put much more thought into it thinking it was a regular bug like an earwig.... After I flushed the bug, I started itching really bad and I started getting hives. I went to the store and came back a few hours later and saw another bug like the previous one I didn't know what was. I called my sister to come look at the bug. My sister informed they were bed bugs. I have several mental health disorders and illnesses so upon hearing this and thinking about all the money I paid just to not freeze for a few days in my truck. My sister found three more bed bugs when she removed my sheets and put them on a piece of tape. In the midst of a panic attack and immediate explosive anger episode, I went to the office. The person working was not who had checked me in. In the meantime I learned how easily bed bugs and roaches travel with you so I couldn't take anything, especially linen with me from that room. I was forced to leave behind 2 brand new bed sets and 2 brand new comforters. (My 23 yr old Asperger's Son was staying with me) however was at work at the time of the incident. My sister had to leave and I had to sleep in my Trailblazer which was freezing cold and I had no blanket because I had to leave them behind in the bed bug and roach infested room. After a horrendously frigid night and a night of itching which I thought then was my nerves, day light broke and I contacted Super.com through online chat. They informed me that there was a procedure to get refunded and sent me the detailed instructions. I was irate at this point. The lady over night told me I'd have no problem getting a full refund. So I emailed the general manager and informed her that Super.com needed her to write a letter on her hotel letter head authorizing the refund. I got no response. The next day I emailed her again and showed her screenshots of my conversation with Super.com Again no response. I wrote the refund letter so all she had to do was print it out on hotel letterhead and send it to Super.com..The letter was opened but I never heard back from her. Over the course of this one sided communication, I got extremely ill. I had multiple bed bug bites that I took pictures of as well as my son's bites. I'm still trying to shake my ailments until this day. On 3/23/25, a friend of mine accompanied me to the hotel to visit Bela. I was still hoping for a communication barrier being the reason she hadn't responded to any of my attempts to reach her. My friend recorded the incident thinking I may need it in the future. She would not agree to any refund, not even the days I couldn't even stay there. She stated I was there for 3 days and said nothing. I couldn't say anything until I saw them. Due to the size of the bugs and how many bites we had, it was obvious they were there the whole time. I told her I planned on seeking a civil lawsuit against her and outing her out to the public because she rented the room with knowledge of the infestation. She told me to "go right ahead." This place needs to be shut down and bulldozer. I need a full refund, pain and suffering and punitive damages and loss. I'll be watching closely so see if my efforts here make a difference in the community.
