I reserved a room at the Drury on Wednesday, March 25, 2026. At 9:52pm, when turning my pillows down for the night, I noticed a bug crawling on the pillow. A red round, tick looking bug. Not knowing what it was, I quickly took it to the bathtub so that I could inspect further. I took a Google camera photo and it confirmed it was a bed bug. I then took an actual photo of the bed bug with my phone to show the front desk. I quickly grabbed all of my things and immediately went to the front desk. I explained the situation and asked that my stay be completely refunded. They asked if I'd like to move to a different room but I wished to leave. They were very apologetic and agreed to refund the room. They took a photo of my photo to show to management and advised that they would go to the room immediately to check it out.
