Recommended tips after hotel check-in:
1. Pick up the mattresses in the rooms and look under it. Check around the edges of the box springs.
2. Check under the box spring.
3. Lift up each headboard an lay it on the bed. Carefully inspect the hole where the headboard was lifted out of. Also, inspect all niches and corners of the headboard.
4. If you decide to stay in the hotel, do not put any clothes in dressers. Keep them in your luggage and your dirty clothes in plastic bags.

On Wed. April 26th, 2017 i stayed in room # 109 at the Days Inn in Elk Grove. I slept in the bed closest to the bathroom, farthest from the front door. I was covered in bed bug bites the next day but didnt notice for a few hours. (this is common with bed bugs, i know b/c i had a problem with bed bugs in my apt in rogers park in 2010.) My arms, stomach, back, and legs were covered in bites. My arms were the most exposed; i had over 50 bites alone on my arms. (i took a picture) Ive informed Days Inn corporate as well as hotels.com, the booking site i used. and now im telling you...
