Stopped on March 14, 2019 around 10pm. This was my first time actually finding a bed bug. It appeared dead not want taking any chances. The clerk was nice and offered to switch rooms or a refund. We choose the refund. Said she would block room and notify exterminator in the morning.

Checked in around 6:30 on 6/22/19. I did my usual check for bed bugs and when I pulled back rmthe bed skirt I saw two live bed bugs. I immediately went to the front desk to report what I found to management. They sent someone back with me so that I can show them what I found and when we pulled back the mattress for me to show them where I found it I saw evidence of treatment on the baseboards, when I pointed out the powder to the clerk's, she shook her head and said that they hadn't had a problem in a while with them. I then found several exoskeletons and she saw them too. I then mentioned that they needed to let the people know in the adjoining rooms so that they could be given the option to leave as well. We then went back to the front desk and I asked for a refund which they gave me and I left.
