October 3-5, 2025. During our stay we found two dead bugs in the bathroom sink. We brought them to the front desk, who photographed them and offered us another room. We declined, as we had seen no evidence of the bugs anywhere else (we even unzipped their mattress protectors to check). The next night, we found a live bedbug in the bed. We didn’t think to take photos before giving it to the front desk, who again offered a different room. We again declined, this time because we assume they are throughout the hotel and we just won’t find them. The front desk provided us plastic garbage bags that we requested to pack our luggage in, to prevent contaminating the car. We will run through sterilizing everything before taking it inside our home.

We stayed at this hotel from Friday, October 3 to Sunday October 5. When we checked in we were told we had 15 minutes to determine if we would like the room, or else there would be no refund (we should have listened to this red flag). We checked the bed and found that the mattress was covered in a zipped fabric protector. We did not see any signs of bedbugs at this time. Later, we found two dead bedbugs in the bathroom sink. We took these to the front desk, and they offered to move rooms. Since they were only in the sink, we did not move at this time (mistake #2). The next night, we found 2 live bedbugs on a pillow on the bed. We again took these to the front desk and they again offered to move us rooms. At this point we realized we'd have to go through a bedbug quarantine and sterilization procedure anyway, so we did not request any changes. We are posting this to warn future tenants of this hotel.
