We stayed in room 102 with our daughter on 6/20-6/22/23. I checked the beds when we got there and saw nothing suspicious. My daughter started noticing places on her stomach on the first day but by our second day her arms, hands, and neck were covered in bites. I spoke to the front desk and they said the exterminator was due that day and would check the room. He never came so I went back to the desk that evening and one of the workers came to the room to check it. While he was there I saw and killed a bedbug on the top seam of the fitted sheet. He took a picture of the bloody mess. We were moved to another room and left the next day. We complained that we didn't want to pay for a bug-infested room and were told that would be up to the exterminator! We were supposed to be notified after his visit at 1;30 but I called back later and was told the exterminator was on vacation and had never been scheduled to be there that day. I immediately called Marriott corporate and filed a complaint.
