checked in August 2nd 2020 room number 116 television didn't work so then they changed me to room 119 where later that night i felt something bitting me but i thought maybe it was in my mind but the next morning 8/3/2020 i found 2 bite marks on my calfs and my cousin that was with me also had bite marks also so that is when i went and told them and they moved me to room 128 and room 128 shower curtain had blood on it and the mattress had blood from bed bugs i have pictures and i threw away 3 outfits in the trash at hotel cause i have kids and i didn't want those things to come back home to Rochester NY with me i spoke to the manager on 8/4/2020 about it cause he wasn't there those other days at first he was gonna give me my money back but then changed his mind when i asked for corporate number he said no never mind i will not give u ur money if u still gonna call corporate he said i will give u a free stay for next time so i said why would i want to come back and stay if u have bed bugs he said u should of went to another hotel then and i said i didn't have the money to do that i was only there in james town cause i had to go on emergency visit to see my cousin that has cancer and is not doing good the manager was very rude

Incident happened 2-15-2020 at approximately 8:30 am. We checked in on the evening of 2-14-2020 and were supposed to stay until 2-16-2020. On the morning of 2-15-2020 we went to breakfast in the hotel and when returning to our room I noticed a bug crawling across my pillow. I captured the bug and took it to the front desk. The person on duty said he'd call an exterminator and move us to another room. I said no we would be leaving...took the bug back to my room and looked it up and sure enough it was a bed bug. Went back to the front desk and told them my findings. He apologized and again offered another room. My wife was completely upset and disgusted and wanted to leave immediately. We packed our belongings and checked out. They didn't charge us but didn't seem worried about bed bugs at all. We drove our hour drive home instead of going through with our original plans because we were so disgusted. It took us from 10:30am to 6:30pm to decontaminate everything we had taken with us including our vehicles seats to make sure we didn't bring anything into our home. My wife called their corporate office on our way home and was told someone from corporate would call her back and no one has called yet. We went to their website and posted a review stating they have bed bugs and was given this site by a family member to report it as well.

My husband and I stayed at the comfort inn in Jamestown New York on Wednesday, October 14 and Thursday, October 15 and left on Friday, October 16. I noticed five welts on my right hip and my husband has two bites on his right arm. I believe they are bed bug bites. I called the hotel this evening and they will check the room - room 141.
