January 2-3, 2022 They put us in a room infested with bedbugs. No one in our party slept at all. We will never return. We contacted the front desk and reported It. They did not seem surprised. They gave us another room but now we are stuck trying to clean all our luggage, clothing, and not bring that into our house. There were hundreds of them. The room smelled very musty. They said they could not help me when I asked for a refund.

We spent the nights of July 8 &9 . Went to bed with no bites and me and my husband both woke up wit several bites the first night and several more the next night. We continued getting bites when we returned home but there were much less. After a week or so the amount of bites had doubled. I went to the doctor and was misdiagnosed as scabies after doing the treatment and no relief. I contacted the motel and the desk people were very rude and un helpful. Another week latter we are still getting bitten like crazy so I tear apart my bed and there I find bed bugs. They came home with us . I contacted the hotel again and they continue to deny a problem and have no interest in even looking into it.
