Itchy for a few nights but didn’t even think it could be bedbugs, we are very unfamiliar with them. Then on the last night there was a bug walking around on the bed. We caught it under a cup. Before throwing it out, my sister googled what a bedbug looks like and lo and behold it was a bedbug. We saved it under a cup and called guest services. They sent a bellman to help move our bags to a new room but they weren’t going to confirm that it’s bedbugs until the next morning after the exterminator comes. Next morning we spoke to the manager and it’s positive for bedbugs. They refunded our whole stay, kept all our clothes so that they could have the dry cleaned and laundered, treated our suitcases. They refunded us for a new suitcase used to bring stuff home. We left all our clothes there and had to leave by noon to catch our flight. Overall horrible experience, will not be staying at this hotel ever again, it was very dirty to begin with.

Bed bugs found in room 2100 on 5/18/2022. Offered to launder my clothes but still waiting to receive back (it is now 6/1/2022). Refusing to pay for night stay. Manager not returning my calls or emails

We stayed Thursday June 2 checking out Friday June 3rd. I noticed small bulbs on my arm the afternoon of June 3rd (5 small red bumps in a line) then two more appeared on my finger. The next day 4 more bumps appeared on my left elbow and two on my left leg. They were not itchy at first and then began to itch a few days later. After some research bedbugs!. I called ROW concierge and left a message with number and never received a call back. 11 days later and these bites look horrible, embarrassing and more have appeared. Very frustrating. I have been taking pictures and wearing long sleeves until they heal. 4 of us traveled and I seem to be the only one infected. I left all luggage outside of my house and fumigated everything before entering our house. After more bites appeared and the itching is unbearable I decided to reach out again by this email. This is the first time I have experienced anything like this and hoping from research this will all end in another week. If not I will seek medical attention.
