My son, Travis Catterton and his 2 year old grandson stayed her from 10/5 thru 10/5 while we were visiting my mother in Orange Park. The day they were to fly back home he checked out and then met us for lunch. During lunch I noticed these bites all over my grandson which I immediately thought looked like bedbug bites, Travis had no idea, he said they had both woken up with them. After lunch we made them both go back to my mom's house and shower and I documented the bites. Travis had to catch his flight and I immediately went to the hotel and asked to speak with the manager. Both the desk clerk and the manager immediately raised their voices and got defensive and hostile. I asked to see the room, the manager refused, saying he already had another guest in that room and the hotel was fully booked. I informed him that I would be making a report.
