I stayed here at the end of February 2017 and woke up with bites all over my back. I picked up the mattress and found a bed bug. The supervisor came up to our room, collected the bug in a cup and didn't even apologize. All they offered was to move us to another room. There were 9 of us total and we had two dogs and it was a 75 degree weekend in Feb, the only few hotels that allow dogs were booked so we had no choice but to stay in another room. As a result, I slept on the balcony! When we checked out, the General Manager wouldn't even come out to talk to us or refund our money. The front desk refunded one night and I had to dispute the rest of the charges with my Credit Card company which were refunded when they saw my medical bills and pictures. When I finally talked to the General Manager on the phone, he said he didn't see that we were inconvenienced and didn't care what reviews I posted on social media or if I contacted an attorney. I went to patient first and was treated with steroids and antibiotics, had to strip my whole family of clothing and throw things away. I received a copy of the pest control report and it confirmed that the bug that was found was in fact a bed bug. Terrible service and a filthy hotel that acted as though I brought the bug to the hotel. Absolutely disgusting!

4/15/2022 Woke up to bites on my shoulders, arms and chest. Found a dead bed bug. Notified front desk. They sent head of housekeeping who confirmed that it was a bed bug, she looked at my bites which solidified her thoughts, and provided me hydrocortisone cream. She took all my personal items that could be run through the hot drier. The desk manager would only provide a refund if I signed a waiver releasing the hotel of all legal claims, which I did not sign! I’m bitten and could possibly have brought bed bugs home!

6/10/22-6/12/22 I reported my bites to hotel on 6/12/22. Was told manager would call me. I called hotels.com on 6/13/22 they spoke to manager who said he would not issue refund and that he would call me. I eventually called and spoke to him later on 6/13/22 told me he was too busy to call n would call me later. He did call later and said there is no way of knowing that they are bed bug bites from his hotel. He said he would call professionals to inspect in a few days. He said there was nothing else he could do for me. I have bites in line or zig zag patterns all over me and they itch horribly. I spent the entire day today purchasing a steamer, steaming my car & house and washing all of our items. It is horrible.
