upon renting the room for a month, I move in and that same night find the bed next to me crawling with bugs and the fact as my roommate was inquiring about the room asked if there was a bed bug problem and they urged it as a "No" ... I having a long history of these beasts and mental incapacity to deal with it after paying out all the rent and paid for parking to get all my stuff infested while I was left unable to handle the issue with them because I have work and don't have the time nor the money to afford the motel room instead where it feels another gamble to be infested ..// / they have a no refund policy that I feel is not worth their name ,.. if you pay for something and its infested before you get it your stuff infested after you shouldn't be allowed to call" no refund" and they should [pay] cost to fix the problem they gave you .
