Recommended tips after hotel check-in:
1. Pick up the mattresses in the rooms and look under it. Check around the edges of the box springs.
2. Check under the box spring.
3. Lift up each headboard an lay it on the bed. Carefully inspect the hole where the headboard was lifted out of. Also, inspect all niches and corners of the headboard.
4. If you decide to stay in the hotel, do not put any clothes in dressers. Keep them in your luggage and your dirty clothes in plastic bags.

RENTED A HOUSE FOR SPRING FOR A GROUP OF 20 PEOPLE. 2 PEOPLE STAYING IN A ROOM NOTICED BITE MARKS AND WE CHECKED THE ROOM AND THERE WAS SIGNS OF BEG BUGS INFESTATION. WE REPORTED TO TEREA, WHO WAS OUR CONTACT PERSON AND SHE DID NOT WANT TO DO ANYTHING. SHE EVENTUALLY SENT OUT SOMEBODY TO DROP OFF SOME AIR MATTRESSES SO WE COULD SLEEP ON. AFTER CHECKOUT, I\'VE TRIED FOR MANY WEEKS TO GET IN TOUCH WITH TEREA TO FIND OUT WHAT WAS DONE. AFTER WEEKS OF ME TRYING TO CONTACT HER, SHE EVENTUALLY CALLED ME AND STATED THAT THEY WERE NOT BED BUGS. SHE STATED SHE HAD AN INSPECTION DONE AND THAT SHE WILL FORWARD IT TO ME. I HAVE SEND HER MANY FOLLOW UP EMAILS AND SHE HAS IGNORED EVERY SINGLE ONE OF THEM. I HAVE TALKED TO SEVERAL EXTERMINATORS AND SHOWED THEM VIDEO AND PICTURES AND THEY CONFIRMED THAT THEY ARE BEG BUGS.
