After spending the night on Friday, April 1, we discovered bedbugs early in the morning. Although we had checked the mattresses, we did not look at carpets, headboards or pictures. The management was unsurprised but did offer us new rooms. The man at the front desk said they had treated \"recently\" before. They said, \"We\'ve been busy for spring break and haven\'t been treating every 15 days like we are supposed to because we were busy.\" Then they told us, \"it\'s because of all the European people.\" We switched hotels that same morning. Not very responsible or honest management practices keeping people going in and out of rooms knowing it hasn\'t been properly treated. Also, he said he called pester control who slwas coming at 9:30...we left at 10/10:30 and never saw anyone coming to check or inspect.
