March 18 / Room 222 After finding out that the place is infested with bedbugs at 3am - I am extremely allergic, I flipped the mattress and found the creeping crawly, picked it up and took a photo of it - I was moved to another room and was told to put all my belongings in the dryer by the night clerk. 2 hours later I went back to the new room, but wasn\'t able to fall back asleep. After I finally calmed down from it, I was finally able to fall asleep around 9am when I was awaken by somebody entering the room without knocking. An hour later I received a call that I need to leave because somebody else booked that room. Worst experience ever. We checked out right after and were promised a refund. Never again.

1. July 25th at 9 am my husband woke up with a swollen eye and bites all over his body. He saw all the bedbugs in his bed and immediately took one downstairs to the office. They gave him money for the laundry mat, soaps and changed his room number. I am unaware if they refunded him the hotel cost.
