Booked room for 3 nights, left after being there for a few hours. Laid down to rest for next day, saw bed bug crawling across comforter. Grabbed tissue took the bug down stairs to desk. Gave refund said will take 2 weeks to get. However I wasn\'t only one in lobby to report bed bugs. The rooms are ate up with bed bugs badly.

We checked in on Sept 3rd 2017. It was my husband and I and our 3 children, ages 13, 12, and 10. We had saw a review from 2016 on the website. We decided to be cautious but give benefit of the doubt. Upon check in we asked the receptionist if there were bed bugs she was very adamant that there weren't. We paid for a 5 day stay. Totaling 330.00. We left all belongings in the car and came up and checked the room. We saw no bugs so we brought all of our belongings in. At 4:30 a.m on Sept 4th my husband woke up with his arm hurting. After turning on lights he saw 10 bites on his arm, a couple on his back. We started flipping mattresses and saw the bugs crawling. I put 4 in bags to show receptionist/managers. When our 12 yr Old son woke up he had 2 bites on his chin. I have pictures of the bugs on pillows, and of the bites on my sons face. We are OUTRAGED. No one wants their kids to be bitten by anything. We also don't want to take any bugs back to our home. Our 13 yr Old has asthma. She had an asthma attack and had to use her inhaler. My husband reported it to the staff. We had to wait 2 1/2 hours to get a manager to come in. They gave us some powder to pour on our luggage. Lucky they had bed bug powder on hand I guess.. They gave us bags to put our clothes in for them to put in their dryer..don't know how I am feeling about that. I'd rather my clothes and luggage be taken elsewhere to be cleaned. I want to be done with this hotel. We may or may not be refunded for the night we stayed and got bit. And we may have to wait until after 3 p.m for a refund for the next 4 days we've paid for. Which means we will have no motel money to go and get another hotel for 8 hours. Not exactly how I wanted my family and I to spend our vacation. Not pleased or happy or satisfied at all.
