We moved into this room not too long ago and 4 weeks into our stay in this room, I had noticed a small round insect in my bed. I thought it was a one time thing, but oh no was I wrong. Soon after I was made aware of this, the futon in our room was infested with bed bugs and so is the mattress I sleep in. Its so bad I have plans on moving out of this hotel. I\'m sure there are more cases of bed bugs in this hotel, but its not a \"big problem\", the staff will just move tenets to a \"worse\" room in the meantime because that\'s all they have at the moment. (Note: To those who want to stay here, please don\'t come to this hotel... this isn\'t its only problem.)

June 2021. First week. We checked In. We felt we weren't Alone, something was definitely Off/wasn't Right. We woke up next morning with bites all over us. We couldn't find the culprit of bugs that had bitten us which was odd. I asked to change rooms, the management wouldn't Allow it. We slept again next night, awoke with More bites on our arms, heels, back, stomach, neck, and feet. We went down to the front desk. Asked a different associate to change rooms. She again had the same excuse there were No more rooms available. Yet the parking lot in the front and back we're Empty. Our reservation wasnt up for another two nights. Next morning we woke up, More bites. No traces of bugs. It was literally making my mind go crazy. And I have kids. I told the manager and he came up to the room made me wait downstairs with my kids for ten min. He returned said no traces of bugs. We slept again. Next night. Woke up with a trail in a j shape on my daughters neck and some on her upper back. Once again finding no bugs. It was driving me nuts. We complained again and at this point I'm almost begging to switch rooms. He said he'd call the exterminator. He said it would take five more days. I couldn't take it anymore. Every night we went to sleep more bites. It happened on the couch futon and the bed. I finally saw some nymphs in my bed. I was behind repelled and disgusted. Finally the pest control person came. Meanwhile the managers up front said if they found bedbugs they had to kick us out because we'd take them to another room yet I'm convinced everywhere on the 3rd floor is infested! Rooms 305&317 Are Infested with bedbugs! I Knew a person that stayed in 305. She had the Same Issue and brought them home though. So the pest control man found two. The Manager refunded my money plus a few more days. But I felt it wasn't enough. The emotional toll /trauma plus those bloodsuckers physically had on mine and my kids health. The place should be shut down or better yet be bulldozed down. The sun needs to drown it out and clean all of those nasty bloodsuckers! iM traumatized! Do Not stay in this hotel! Especially do NOT stay in Room 317 or room 305!
