Recommended tips after hotel check-in:
1. Pick up the mattresses in the rooms and look under it. Check around the edges of the box springs.
2. Check under the box spring.
3. Lift up each headboard an lay it on the bed. Carefully inspect the hole where the headboard was lifted out of. Also, inspect all niches and corners of the headboard.
4. If you decide to stay in the hotel, do not put any clothes in dressers. Keep them in your luggage and your dirty clothes in plastic bags.

my husband is currently a guest at the said hotel in that room and they have found plenty of bed bugs crawling on the mattress and they have already reported it to front desk and nothing has been done about how hard can it be to hire professional exterminators to eradicate this infestation before it spreads to other rooms.

Found bedbug on pillow after it bit my daughter. The hotel manager basically accused me of bringing them in. I pointed out that I had been informed of a previous bedbug issue (didn't know when I made reservation or checked). The manager agreed that there had been an issue but NOT in that room and then stated, "how do I know you didn't bring them in?" This also of course after I asked for a full refund.
