Still waiting on call back from manager to get a copy of report from the "special technician" they call when complaints of bed bugs are made!!

Stayed one night at the InnKeeper Hotel on Peterscreek, in Winston-Salem Nc. We looked at the sheets to make sure they were clean and to check for bugs but we figured it was clean when we notices the mattress came in plastic. The next morning my son, my boyfriend and myself woke up to a bed bugs crawling under the blanket with us we killed all but one, and recorded the live bed bug for proof. We then looked at the mattressand noticed tht the bed was placed in an open piece of plastic, under the plastic was more bed bugs and bed bugs poop. There also miltiple burns in the covers. We called the front office immediately and asked for our money back and we told that the manager was out ,on a Tuesday, and wouldnt be back until Monday. No one even came to verify our complaint. So we will be calling the manager Thursday about our refund.
