9/17/2022 We checked in to hotel room 105 at 6:07 pm I went to bed and was reading around10:30 approx 11:00 I saw some bugs on my pillows I killed them. At this point I did not know what they were.Then I saw a few more on the bed and two on the wall. I googled bed bugs and saw that’s what they were,some were babies and a couple were full adults. I woke my husband up who was in the other bed.I put 2 bugs in a cup and he took them to the front desk.The acting manager said to us that they had had bugs but were all clear it was the maids job to check for them. He seemed really unconcerned about this. I was crying and my husband was upset manager offered to throw us out! I told him we were leaving and wanted a refund.I still don’t know if my money was refunded back to my card or not.
