Laying in the bed in room 242, two queen and a sofa bed on 6-16-15. Got three kids and the wife with me and I'm laying in bed it's 1:30 am and I'm browsing YouTube E3 stuff and I felt something on my neck brushed it off and turned on the light and there was a bed bug staring at me on my pillow. I moved the pillow to the center of the bed because it was trying to hide and get away I took pictures of it and I grabbed it with a hotel provided tissue and squished it and there was soo much blood inside it. I was mortified and as I walked to the door to bring it to the front desk I swear to the almighty a cockroach ran right under the sofa bed where two of my kids were sleeping. I retreated to the phone and called the front desk and he apologized and switched rooms for us but something tells me that's not going to matter. It's 2:30 am I can't sleep the kids are up and my wife has to work a twelve hour shift from 8 to 8 as we drove up from phx so she can cover a shift and get some ot.

It’s 2:33 am and we just got switched rooms but on the same floor (scary). My boyfriend kept saying he was getting bites but I thought it was from earlier, maybe mosquitos outside? Then he said no they keep biting so I looking and sure enough huge welts all over him. We found micro bugs and squished them and they left blood stains. Then I stripped the bed and a brown bed bug was there. I put it in a bottle and just gave it to staff here. I’m so grossed out. I’ve never dealt with bed bugs.
