Saturday a guest that is a long term resident complained of bug bites. Front desk staff asked about bugs, he said there was some and described them. She blew him off and said they weren't bed bugs. He came back the next day and they switched him to another room potentially spreading bed bugs from one room to another. This young man is military and has a dog that stays with him in the room. The manager is only there for 20-30 minutes max a few times a week. He did nothing to help the guest. No sprays, no hospital visit. Just changed rooms is all. 05/30/17 & 06/01/2017

1/2-1/3 / 2023 We stayed with our 7 month old baby and had his nightlight/ sound machine going, otherwise, I may have never seen it. Our second night there I woke around midnight to see a bed bug crawling across the sheets in front of my face. We quickly trapped it in a Styrofoam cup. We found one other after looking around the bed. I definitely have a bite on my face. I took the trapped bugs to guy at the front desk who said they were all new mattresses and they had never had bedbugs in the 4 years he'd been there. However, he agreed with me that that's what we had found. Unable to give us a refund as we booked through a 3rd party unfortunately. Needless to say, we left and won't be completing our stay.

7/1/2023 We saw bed bugs on the bed in the morning, told the staff and they said “sometimes that happens” No refund, no care. I was bitten over a hundred times on my arms and legs. It has been a major hassle making sure we didn’t bring any home!
