On 03/10/19 I checked in to Holiday Inn Express for a 5 night stay. My first night I tossed and turned all night. In the morning I saw a fat bed bug crawling on the pillow. I took several pictures, and then smashed the bug, it was full of my blood. I went downstairs to report. I was asked to email the pictures to management. I was moved to a different room on a different floor. I was upgraded to a suite and given 500 points towards my rewards program. I have been itchy all day. I’m now scared because I had put all my non-hanging clothes in the draw, and my shoes on the carpet in the closet.
