April 4, 2019 Discover at 11;30pm My husband and his family owns their own pest control company and has taught us all what to look for upon entering a bowl room- so i know this hotel has a serious out of control bed bug infestation! After moving from the 1 St. Room (#367) we were checked into for a very strong chemical pesticide smell, and the deodorizer they left in the room didn't work to cover the smell, and being unable to comfortably breathe we were moved to room #230. This room only had a king bed and i was told the hotel was sold out and our was my only option. We were tired, we agreed to make it work. I was putting my 14 yr old on the pull out sofa to sleep since we had only one bed and the idea of sharing with his mom was apparently horrifying. This is where the bed bugs were found by myself. Unfortunately I found then after being in the room for a few hours and my son laying down on the sofa. There's no doubt on my mind that whole room is infested heavily. I have gotten barely a offer for a night free and that's it from the desk. Taking matters in my own hands and reporting them. Thankfully I have lots of pictures!!
