Bedbug Reviews

If anyone has stayed in these rooms, especially 337 or 346 within the last couple of months, there are bed bugs. The pest control guy is completely incompetent. The hotel also does nothing to protect housekeeping employees from spreading them around the hotel or bringing them home themselves. I'd like to remain anonymous for fear of retaliation.

Stayed in this hotel September 27-29. On the morning of September 30, I started to notice lines of small red bumps on my forearm. These became very itchy. They were definitely not mosquito bites. I showed them to my mother, who is an RN, and she identified them as bed bug bites. I called the hotel on Tuesday, October 2, to let them know Id been bitten by bed bugs in room 223 and they responded with “Yeah, sorry about that” and when I asked if they were going to check the room, they said yes, but “there are a lot of mosquitoes in Southern California right now.” I was not given the option to speak with management.
