Stayed here 2/25/15-2/27/15. Cannot examine the premises myself, but definite evidence of infestation. Bites all over upper body and specks evident on my belongings.

We stayed 1night,there was Bites on us,that morning we found bed bugs in the bed,we reported this to the office worker,he acted like he didn't so we decided to leave,also they let children clean the rooms,so they don't know what to look for,that hotel is going to be feared,cause they aren't doing anything,we seen the bugs,something need to be done

Stayed in room 215 from Sun. July 1,2,3, 2018. On the second day I noticed several red bug bites on my legs. On the 3rd day I woke up to several more bites. Through out the day I experienced a lot of discomfort with itch and pain. Upon my return home I saw my primary care Dr. who confirmed the dozen or more bed bug bites that covered my body. I was prescribed antibiotics and steroids for swelling . My first phone call to speak with management, I was told the Manager was not available but would return my call. I never received a call so I phoned them back . I was told that they did not see any signs of bed bugs in that room..... Of course! If I could, I would go back to speak face to face, and ask for proof to be shown.They should be asked to spend a night in that room!

Friday July 12, 2019 I could tell the hotel was old and my room definitely needed some repairs. The room felt dirty but there was no dust, it looked vacuumed. It had patches on the wall covering holes, rust on the tissue cover in bathroom, yellow stains in the tile groutThe cover over the sheets had cigarette burn holes. Didn't feel comfortable sleeping in bed so I never pulled down the sheets on either bed. Instead I slept on top of the bed and used my blanket and pillow from my car. I got bit on my lower back which caused me to wake up. I felt the bump forming but thought it was a mosquito. In the morning I felt my arm itching and saw it swelling from another bite. It itches and has a large raised circle around the bite. The bite on my lower back is also swollen but not as large.

Stayed in room 101, checked in October 8th thru October 9th, 2021. That morning I discovered a bedbug crawling on the sheet near my arm. I quickly jumped off the bed, smashed it, and took pictures. I called the front desk and was told to come to the office. I gave the manager on duty the smashed bug in a plastic bag for proof and asked him for compensation. He contacted the owner, the owner never called me. As I was checking out, the owner comes to inspect and says he could not find any signs of bedbugs and offered me a compensation of $20.00! Later that day I noticed an itchy bump forming on my neck. I was in town to take an exam at a neighboring school and was in a hurry. I filed a formal complaint with Wyndham and notified Buncombe County Public Health Services.
