November 1, 2019 Laying on top of bed and bed bug crawled on pillow. I killed it and it bleed all over pillow case. Brought out to front desk and I was told that it wasn’t a bed bug that it was to big. That it was a beetle. So I went back to room and checked around the mattress and didn’t see anything. I went to sleep and woke up itching and turned in the light and there were multiple bed bugs moving all around the covers. I got my stuff and went to the desk and told them I wanted them to see. The guy looked and said yep, but he couldn’t give me a refund until the manager came in.

I stayed there on October 12, 2020. I was bitten head to toe by bed bugs after one night. I was supposed to stay 3 but left immediately after being bitten. Scott/ and staff refused to refund my money despite having to go to the emergency room because I am severely allergic to them. I am still covered by painful itchy blood blisters several weeks later. DO NOT stay at this hotel!! It’s Misery and insult
