On June 8, 2021 I stayed one night with my newborn son on my way from Fort Worth to LA. The hotel seemed clean enough but by mid afternoon the following day I developed 21 bits on my right arm, plus some on my chest, legs, left ear.. I notified the hotel when I figured it out. they Said other guest had also reported bed bugs so they have called the exterminator. I requested a refund for my night and was told the manager would call me. It has now been several weeks I reached out to Best Western corporate, Priceline and I have gotten absolutely nothing in response. But one visit from an exterminator is not going to get rid of them. I was lucky that I was in a rental car and when I did return home almost a week later was able to wash all of my belongings in hot water before entering the house. I pray I did not bring bed bugs home with me. I did everything in my power to make sure they didn’t make it past the door.
