Recommended tips after hotel check-in:
1. Pick up the mattresses in the rooms and look under it. Check around the edges of the box springs.
2. Check under the box spring.
3. Lift up each headboard an lay it on the bed. Carefully inspect the hole where the headboard was lifted out of. Also, inspect all niches and corners of the headboard.
4. If you decide to stay in the hotel, do not put any clothes in dressers. Keep them in your luggage and your dirty clothes in plastic bags.

I woke up the next morning and my daughter was eating breakfasts and I saw a bunch of little bites on her ankles feet wrist and arms and stomach when i went back to the room to get are belongings there was blood in the bed. Little spots of blood so I picked up the mistress and there they were. In the seems of the matress under the bed skirts so I told the house keeper. And went to the front desk. It was aweful.

08/01/2021 to 08/06/2021 Found no bedbugs the first night. Did find bites on 3rd morning, but thought they were from outside. By the time we left, bite marks were worse with lots of itching. When we arrived home, I called & e-mailed directly to management, who denied any bugs. I even submitted pictures. We had to buy harmful poison to get rid of the bedbugs out of clothes, luggage & the car. I also contacted Choice Rewards who apologized and sent me points to use as I wished. No refund of any monies after I requested several times. The amount of points I received was enough for 1/2 of one nights stay! Never going to this place again!
