Woke up with Bite marks on my body and went to the ER and found I was bitten by bed bugs! Reported to hotel and asked for my money back and didnt get it! Going to take this to the next level because im very upset. Had traveled 7 hours to son graduation and didnt plan on going to Er or ate up by bed bugs. May not be a problem to them but I have a real problem with it and the act as if its nothing!

On March 13th 2017 my husband and I checked in. Upon waking up on the morning of the 14th at 8am my husband complained of feeling itchy. After inspecting his body we found several inflamed marks on his body. We told management and they only offered us $50 and an apology. I then called the health department and they did an inspection of that room (119) and confirmed that they did find one bed bug in the room. After the health department inspection the manager called me that following morning and offered me $40 and a written note apologizing. We stayed one night but had paid for the week. My husband and I are now at the ER because he is having flu like symptoms.

On August 18th we checked into the executive inn Lawton OK to room 273 and I was woken up during the nite because the back of my neck was stinging and itching and I could feel dots all across my neck. Then I noticed some more bites and some on the back of my leg and under my Right arm and forearm. They were small at first, and were in clusters of three 12 across the back of my way neck I immediately applied hydrocortisone 10 and alcohol to cleanse the area and they started to minimize I went to the office if hotel to show the desk clerk which couldn't really see the bites but did allow me to change rooms, they also sent maintenance to the room which admitted to seeing the signs of the bed bugs and one that we killed that came out of the top i was sleeping in, and when we killed it, it was filled with blood.. i have pictures of it as well. And upon moving into a new room because our vehicle was broken down outside the motel so we had no choice but to stay we found a bed bug spray bomb under the bed in the new room so the motel owners are aware the problem. Another guest heard me complain and report something had bitten them too. They didn't offer anything for the discomfort or having to move rooms or even tell me that they were sorry or anything, they came to the room because the manager requested a live one. Which really upset me because they not only short with me about the incident but they also made feel as if it was my fault. I had to walk at least six blocks or more to a store to get medicine for the bites.
