Checked into room 400 around 10pm on 10/18/21. Room was fairly nice on 10/19/21 was laying on the 2nd bed in the room and saw a small bed bug crawling from inside the pillowcase. We took a picture of the bug and then killed it and showed it to the person at the desk. They said it didn't look like bed bugs that it's fall and bugs come inside. My husband decided to check all layers of the bed and when he pulled the mattress back from the bed there were numerous bugs on the side of the bed and matter all over the corner of the bed. We took a picture of the corner of the bed and went down to the front desk and they gave us the option of either getting another room or getting a refund. We packed all of our stuff up and when we went down to possibly get another room the front desk staff had issued us a refund instead.
