The room is very very clean when you step into it. I actually found nothing wrong with the cleaning, and their room is very comfy, but upon waking up in the morning my kids and I found red spots on our arms, legs, and foot. At first we thought ignored it, I personally ignored it but after a few minutes it got itchy that you can no longer not itch it. I wish I can show pictures but now we check and it\'s about 4 bites each section. WE STAYED ON THE 4TH FLOOR ON APRIL 2016
