Woke up to bedbugs biting me. Jumped up lifted the mattress and they were quit a few. I immediately told management,they acted like t was no big deal. I was shocked,when I looked at some reviews I seen others had said the same thing a while back. Should of looked before I stayed. Ive tried to call the GM 5 times to follow up no response.

10/16 Arrived in room, found blood splatter all over room and bedbugs on bedframe and walls. Clerk did not have manager there to issue refund, offered $20. We left hotel and got a room elsewhere.

6-18-2023 Checked in around 3pm. We're a family of 3 (myself, my husband, and my 5 year old daughter). We check into Sleep Inn Arlington Six Flags and are assigned room 314. We load our luggage onto the trolley cart and take it upstairs. I decide to go downstairs to move our car into a parking space while he stays in the room to unload. Before unloading he likes to check the hotel room throughly for cleanliness. It's a good thing he did. Crumbs on the floor, dusted alarm clock, horrible mildew smell in room, bed sheet stains, and ultimately when he lifted the sheets to look at the bottom half of the mattress frame he found bedbug droppings. When I arrived up to the room he showed me, and he documented pictures for evidence. We immediately decided we wouldn't be staying here and went back downstairs and asked for a refund. Hotel informed.
