Recommended tips after hotel check-in:
1. Pick up the mattresses in the rooms and look under it. Check around the edges of the box springs.
2. Check under the box spring.
3. Lift up each headboard an lay it on the bed. Carefully inspect the hole where the headboard was lifted out of. Also, inspect all niches and corners of the headboard.
4. If you decide to stay in the hotel, do not put any clothes in dressers. Keep them in your luggage and your dirty clothes in plastic bags.

We have 2 rooms that have bed bugs for since about the middle to end of October 2016 and the manager refuses to hire an exterminator and tells the employees to "spray harder". A co-worker ended up bringing them home with her and management still chooses not to get a exterminator. They don't care if it violates the law/health code or not as long as they can keep that money.

Stayed one night. We were getting ready to pack up the morning of June 14, 2020. Noticed a bug crawling up the side of the bed. Got kleenex and picked it off the bed. It was an engorged bed bug. Called downstairs. They sent someone up. We had put bug in covered plastic cup. The fellow acknowledged it was a bed bug and said he would notify management. We never heard from management and they did not refund our room charge.
