Recommended tips after hotel check-in:
1. Pick up the mattresses in the rooms and look under it. Check around the edges of the box springs.
2. Check under the box spring.
3. Lift up each headboard an lay it on the bed. Carefully inspect the hole where the headboard was lifted out of. Also, inspect all niches and corners of the headboard.
4. If you decide to stay in the hotel, do not put any clothes in dressers. Keep them in your luggage and your dirty clothes in plastic bags.

Girlfriend spotted one on a pillow. Closer inspection showed larvae and bloated, fed adults (blah). The room had two double beds. Was in the area for the CodeMash conference. Hotel staff upgraded and comped the stay (after I insisted)

2017/07/14 Found bed bug in the bed my daughter was sleeping in. Took a picture and took it to the front desk. They offered another room 2076. No body seemed to worried at the hotel because they had new occupants in room 2089 the same day we inconveniently moved to another room to get away from the parasites. Hotel stay ruined our vacation. Never to visit Sandusky again.

July 1,2017. Stayed there for one night it was dirty. Bought a bed bug home with me. Both arms where bitten and swollen. It was a nightmare. I contacted hotel and all they said was sorry. I have spent hundreds of dollars of new sheets, box springs and cleaning material to get rid of bed bugs. I'm also now on a anxiety medicines cause I cant stop thinking about them. I can't sleep sleep . I vacuum 5 times a day. I inspect my house everyday. I'm mentally screw up over this and all they said was sorry.
