On June 15, 2023 I stayed in room 213. The following morning at about 9 AM I was getting ready and saw a bug crawling across the bed. It was a bedbug. I killed it and it was full of a lot of red blood. It was fairly large and well-fed. I didn't see any other signs of bedbugs (though I didn't search very thoroughly) and none of us had any noticeable bites. I left the dead bug on the night stand for the exterminator to identify. I informed the front desk and they gave us a new room on a different floor and offered to run any of our clothes through their industrial dryers so the heat would kill any bugs or eggs that may be on our clothes. I took them up on the offer, but also stopped by a laundromat before going home to run everything again (just in case there was anything from the second room). I also threw out two suitcases rather than risk bringing any bedbugs home. The management said they'd let us know what the exterminator found. It's been five days and I haven't heard back from them yet.
