Checked in on Friday 1/27/17 around 11pm. My friend Jose and I stayed in Room 208. There were two Full size beds. He booked the room and I never read the reviews to this place. I went into the room and lifted my bed as I always do and looked around the edges. There were 5 or 6 layers of sheet and blankets. I did not notice any bug infestation. I awoke the next day with 13 bites down both arms. I had to rush off as I had to be somewhere that morning. I came back later in the late afternoon and asked the management/front desk staff if they could help me out. They said they were completely sold out and offered to change the sheets. I said I don't think that will help. Then they got on the phone with someone (maybe a regional or general manager). Then they got off the phone and said they would place me into another room (1/28/17). So now they were not sold out as previous stated. This room was 245. It was a king size bed. I awoke Sunday morning with 5 more bite, 3 were on the back of my neck and the other two were on my eyelid and the edge of my hair above my forehead. I went to discuss that Sunday morning (1/29/17) with the management team. The front desk staff said the manager would not be in until Monday. Then they got her on the phone and she said we would be comped for Saturday night. I had to spend several hundred dollars getting my car cleaned out and cleaning clothes and I had to throw several items away in fear that I would bring these bugs into my own home here in Los Angeles. I'm not sure who I should be sending this information but I hope this site helps. They really should get this problem taken care of.
