I stayed with my wife in Room 406 of this hotel from May 8th to May 10th, 2021. The facilities of this hotel were kept to a normal level, but we could see a small bed bug on the bed while we were re-packing a luggage before check-out. Since I had to drive for a long time to go back home, I took pictures of bedbugs in the bed before checking out. When I arrived home , I checked and found out that this bedbug was a bed bug. Because of this, all of the clothes I wore on the trip were thrown away, and now my wife is disinfecting the whole house. I can't believe we were in a hotel with a bedbug, and I'm so upset. I sent an e-mail with the photo to a manager in the hotel to report it and ask refund. I’m still waiting reply from the hotel.
