Recommended tips after hotel check-in:
1. Pick up the mattresses in the rooms and look under it. Check around the edges of the box springs.
2. Check under the box spring.
3. Lift up each headboard an lay it on the bed. Carefully inspect the hole where the headboard was lifted out of. Also, inspect all niches and corners of the headboard.
4. If you decide to stay in the hotel, do not put any clothes in dressers. Keep them in your luggage and your dirty clothes in plastic bags.

9-8-17 thru 9-9-17 I had not heard of anything like this happening at such an expensive place. So I didn't not think to check the beds. Upon leaving as I was gathering my items I saw an adult bed bug crawling on the bed. I immediately called the front desk. They came up and inspected but did not apologize or even offer any type of compensation. Or I feel like they didn't wanna admit in anyway that they were having issues with this. I am very upset. If I had not seen the bug I would have not known to go home and launder all of the items I had taken into the hotel. And I could have very easily caused my home to become infested. I'm very upset by this.
