Monday July 24th at 0250. As I was walking back to the bed from the restroom I realized there was a bes bug on my pillow. I collected it and started ro search for more. More where found. I notified my husband and I went down to the receptionist at 0300and told her i had collected a couple of bed bugs in the room. She states she didnt want to see them and that she could offer us another room next door. After dicussing it with my husband we decided to check out not knowing if the room next door was going to have the same issue. I asked her if we could have a refund for the inconvenince and she said that she couldnt do the the refund herself and that the manager could. She also assured me she had spoke to her and told her about the situation. At noon that same day I called back, spoke to manager and told me they had to investigate and said they where going to call me back with results.
