we reserved a room for April 13 and 14th 2018, checked in at 8pm and given room 138, the room was dirty, they didnt change the sheets the prior customers used and only remade the bed without cleaning the room. I requested a sheet changed, they offered me clean sheets to change myself, so i asked for another room and they gave us room 139 and said they were booked and it was the only other room available. We moved our things to room 139 and i immediately inspected the cleanliness, i turned down the bed to find a bug between the sheets, so i caught and killed in a tissue, not knowing what a bedbug looked like, i looked up photos of bedbugs from my phone and it was bedbugs after putting our belongings in our car. I went in and turned the lights off for a moment and turned them back on only to see many bedbugs on the bed, box spring and floor moving about. I called the front desk and told them, they replied we dont have bed bugs. we left at 130am and willing to sleep in our car if we couldnt find another hotel.

checked in to room 139 on April 13th 8pm, absolutely disgusting, the room was never cleaned from the prior guests, they remade the beds without changing the sheets, full of human and pet hair, front desk was calling as soon as we walked in and could hear me complaining about the sheets. I told her there was a problem, the sheets are used and the room dirty, she said i could come pick up fresh sheets at the front desk and expected me to change them, so i requested another room, she replied why whats wrong with your room and i told her again, She gave us room 138, i asked for one up front and said no we are booked its the only room left, i replied with, but what if its as bad as the last room? then what? she said to just go look it, it did look cleaner but infested with bedbugs, 130am called front desk, said the room is worse and is infested with bedbugs and were leaving and he replied "we do not have bedbugs!" i hung up and left at 130am. relieved we noticed early enough to have not been bitten on all night but the thought of possibly bringing them home has me on edge,
